Ketogenic diet, as on dLife.in, is a subset of Indian LCHF diet and we do not use LCHF and Keto diet reversibly. In addition to me there are other members like Vinay Raj, Prabhuraman, Elle Jay, Ramgopal, Dr Anil Handa etc., who follow keto diet for managing diabetes, weight, insulin resistance etc and needless to say, it has worked exceedingly well for us.
