Ketogenic diet plan becomes very easy with non-vegetarian recipes added to the menu. And, there’s absolutely no doubt that both LCHF & Keto diets go a long way in reversing diabetes, reversing insulin resistance, assisting in weight loss among other things.Don’t take my word for it.
