Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that protect your cells from oxidative stress. There are many studies which have shown that higher intake of Vitamin E relates to lower rates of heart disease, cancer and Alzheimer’s disease. Adults ned 15 mg Vitamin E per day.

Choline is the backbone of a nervous system signal molecule—or neurotransmitter—called acetylcholine. It is also an essential nutrient in the production of phosphatidylcholine, one of the most important structural building blocks of a living cell. Also, there may be a link between low intakes of choline and the risk of developing nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).

Adequate Intake (AI), as established by the Food and Nutrition Board of the National Institute of Medicine, for adults is 550 mg. Of course, one of the richest source of Choline is eggs. One egg can cover almost 1/3rd of daily choline needs. Most of us on dLife.in have 2 to 4 eggs as part of LCHF WOE.
